After the purchase, the processing time is about 7–9 business days because each garment is handcrafted for you from scratch in our workshop.

Returns

We are UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON CUSTOMIZED ORDERS (Including Blank Jerseys) unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Once you finish payment, the order cannot be modified.

Purchasing expedited shipping does not shorten production time, it only speeds up the shipping time.

ICE HOCKEY UNIFORMS MANUFACTURING PROCESS

1. Design and Artwork Preparation

Client Inputs: Logo, colors, team name, player names, and numbers.

Software Used: Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW for vector-based design.

Mockup Creation: 2D or 3D previews of full uniforms (jersey + socks + pants + shells).

2. Material Selection

Ice hockey uniforms require durability, stretch, and breathability due to high-contact gameplay.

Common Fabrics Used:

Fabric Type    Features

Heavyweight Polyester (250-300 GSM)    Tough, abrasion-resistant, breathable

3. Sublimation Printing (For Custom Designs)

Sublimation: The design is printed on a special paper using sublimation ink.

Heat Press: Design is transferred to white fabric at high heat (approx. 200°C).

Benefits: Long-lasting color, no cracking or peeling, lightweight feel.

🔸 Pro teams use full sublimation for unlimited colors and sponsor logos.

4. Cutting and Sewing

Pattern Cutting: Laser or manual cutting of fabric based on size chart.

Stitching Types:

Double Needle Stitch: Strong seams.

Overlock Stitching: Flexible and stretch-friendly.

5. Customization

Player Names & Numbers:

Sublimated directly or heat-pressed vinyl (sublimation preferred).


Logos: Sublimation or embroidered patches (depends on client choice).

6. Quality Control

Checks:

Color accuracy.

Stitching strength.

Size conformity.

Stretch and Wash Test: Ensures durability and colorfastness.

7. Packaging & Shipping

Individually packed in polybags.

Shipped in bulk cartons.

Worldwide shipping with custom labels on request.
