1. Designing the Uniform (Graphic Design)
Client Requirements: Team name, player numbers, logos, sponsors, colors.
Software Used: Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW.
Output File: Vector format (AI, CDR, PDF).
Mockup Creation: A 3D or flat mockup is generated and shared for approval.

Common Fabrics:
100% Polyester
Bird Eye Mesh
Interlock
Microfiber
Properties Needed: Breathable, moisture-wicking, lightweight, stretchable.
🖨️ 3. Sublimation Printing Process
Step 1: Print Design
Design is printed on sublimation paper using sublimation ink.
Step 2: Heat Transfer
Printed paper is placed over white polyester fabric.
Both are heat-pressed at 190–210°C for 30–60 seconds.
The ink turns into gas and bonds with the fabric, resulting in vivid, permanent colors.
✂️ 4. Cutting the Fabric
The sublimated panels (front, back, sleeves, shorts) are cut using:
Manual Cutting
Laser or Die Cutting for bulk orders and accuracy
🧵 5. Stitching & Assembly
Stitching Techniques:
Overlock
Flatlock (for comfort)
Cover stitch (strong seams)
Stitching Parts:
Attach front & back panels, sleeves, collars, and shorts
🧼 6. Finishing
Trimming threads
Ironing
Quality control checks for color, sizing, and stitching

Each uniform is packed individually (poly bags or custom packaging).
