1. Design Phase
Goal: Create customized, vibrant designs specific to team colors, logos, and player info.
Client Consultation: Gather team branding, colors, names, numbers, and sponsor logos.
Design Software: Use Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW for vector-based sublimation design.
Mockups Created: Digital mockups are shared with the client for approval.
Gender Specific Adjustments:
Boys: Loose or regular fit, sleeveless or short sleeve options.
Girls: Fitted cut, sleeveless, cap sleeve, or racerback styles.

Preferred Fabric: Moisture-wicking, breathable, and lightweight polyester blends.

🔶 3. Sublimation Printing Process
Goal: Infuse the design into the fabric permanently using heat and ink.
Step-by-Step:
1. Design printed on sublimation paper using CMYK ink.
2. Printed paper and white polyester fabric are pressed together using heat press (380°F to 400°F).
3. The ink turns into gas and dyes the fabric directly—no peeling or fading.
4. After cooling, the fabric retains vibrant, full-color prints.

Cutting:
Fabric panels are cut according to digital patterns for boys and girls separately.
Laser or Manual Cutting ensure precision.
Stitching:
Use of flatlock stitching for durability and comfort.
Panels are sewn together—jersey front/back, sleeves, shorts, collars.
