Returns
We are confident in the quality of our products, which is why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for most items. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Please note that this policy does not apply to custom uniforms or apparel. Once an item is customized with your name or brand, it is non-refundable and non-returnable.
Examples of eligible return scenarios include:
- The item was damaged upon arrival or during transit.
- You received the wrong size, color, or item.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to post officially.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Customized Items
Only regular, non-customized items are eligible for refunds. Customized items cannot be refunded, as they are personalized for you and cannot be resold.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at sportscustomuniform@gmail.com, and mail your item to:

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
