  • Be sure to provide accurate information when filling out the ordering form. Inaccurate information can lead to delays or even incorrect products being delivered.
  • Make sure you have enough time for your order to be processed and shipped.
  • Customized products often take longer to produce than standard items, so be sure to allow for adequate shipping time.
  • Double-check the size and style of the product before submitting your order. SCU cannot accept returns or exchanges on customized products unless they are defective upon arrival.
  • Customers are responsible for any duties or customs charges that may be incurred at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
  • In general, most orders ship within 15-21 days of being received by SCU. However, some items may require additional processing time or shipping days to be added to your order before it is shipped.

The first is that you will receive the product within around 21 working days, depending on the order type and shipping time depending on the destination. This is the average time frame for delivery. We do not offer refunds for late deliveries as we are committed to maintaining customer satisfaction and safety.

In some cases, the price may vary with the number of ordered items. The payment method is in USD, and PayPal and Credit Card are accepted. DHL is our main shipping method. We also ship by FedEx.
